Vornado Realty Trust retained REOL Services to design and develop a new property website for its most recent addition to their portfolio, 555 California Street. Ideally located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, the new website needed to provide relevant leasing information, communicate its desirable location, and capture the special quality of the city. The property website also needed to reflect the Vornado brand identity. The site uses current search engine optimization programming techniques, has easy to use web tools for updating key content such as space availabilities, and provides information on building amenities, local maps, history, and tenant lists. In addition, the new site has a PDF property brochure for brokers and prospective tenants to easily download, print, and share.
